Comprising: A) Large "U STATES" early 19th century knife measuring 18-1/2" overall with single-edged hand forged bladeWooden grip retained by two iron rivets and branded "U STATES" on left side, between rivets. CONDITION: Blade retains a mostly dark patina, grip shows scattered marks from use, one washer around rivet on right side is absent. B) Handmade Bowie knife 10-1/8" clip point, hand forged. Wooden handle with lead cap and ovoid brass guard. Complete with associated scabbard. CONDITION: Dark patina overall showing wear and marks from use, scabbard more contemporary. C) Fascine knife. CONDITION: Good with grey patina and some sharpening marks. D) Folding fascine knife with horn grip. CONDITION: Fair, blade slightly loose, sharpened, showing wear from use. D) Diminutive fascine knife measuring 6" overall with turned handle. CONDITION: As found with dark heavy patina. E) Horn handles razor with blade stamped "LIMERICK" and silver diamond escutcheon on grip. Complete with green wool lined case of wood and leather. CONDITION: Good. Case shows some losses and wear overall due to age. Razor blade has been sharpened. A nice lot of early knives and blades. CORRECTION: Photos amended.
