A very nice Model 76 Safari Grade bolt action rifle with Swarovski scope and round barrel with nicely blued satin finish. Barrel is marked "416 Rigby" on its left side and fitted with barrel banded sling loop and integrated protector at muzzle. Handsome, nicely figured walnut stock with raised cheekpiece, pistol grip, steel grip cap, oval for initials, black Decelerator pad, and loop for sling. Action with jeweled bolt slide and Winchester Model 70 three position safe. Crisp checkered forend with possible rosewood tip. Ramped blade front sight, fixed express notch rear sights, raised quarter rib, and standard barrel markings. Receiver is fitted with swing mounts and a Swarovski "Habicht 1,5-4,5x20 A" scope. Weight: 10 lbs. 1 oz. with scope; 9 lbs. 2 oz. without scope. CONDITION: Excellent; 97% original blue finish remains with very slight markings. Stock and forend very fine with crisp checkering. Some light handling marks near the bolt handle, forend, and buttstock. Mechanically excellent. Scope is excellent with clear optics. CP
