Approximately 50,000 made with the six groove rifling, unaltered, that features a round barrel, single barrel band, post front sight, folding military type rear sight, saddle ring and bar, rear sling swivel and walnut stocks. Frame is dated 1865 Model. CONDITION: Rear stock has a repair on right side at sideplate and bottom of butt, otherwise very good with bruise. Forend is very good with some chipping at replaced stock screw. Metal shows no original finish and there is some scattered salt and pepper finish on frame and barrel. Strong rifling but residue present.
