Lot consists of: (A) A beautiful example of the Italian SCRM grenade, marked on the spoon with “SETA-1-201, 2-65”. This model grenade saw service in Italy from World War II through the 1970’s. It is very complete with great paint and all internals intact. The empty explosives container is installed and is in very good condition, the grenade overall is in like new condition. (B) A second SCRM from Italy, this one has no internal components, but is marked on the top with the raised letters “Societa Roma”, typical of World War II markings. The body is in fine condition, with the paint worn in several areas. The leather pull tab is present and attached. (C) This is the Italian OTO-35. It was designed before World War II and used into the war, but was not known as being very effective and was fairly quickly replaced. Not as common in the US as the SCRM, this example is complete and in fine condition, but the paint on the cap shows significant wear. No internals are present.
