This is an absolutely gorgeous example of the Cardinal Cherry dispenser and includes a ball pump that fits and seats perfectly. The highly embossed and boldly colored dispenser is literally free from marks or wear or evidence of any significant use. We don't see how the condition could be improved ever on this piece. Condition: Near Mint+.
