Beautifully matted and framed under glass, with the visible image measuring 10 - 1/4" x 20". Only two or three very faint smudges in the red field with a few tiny paper nicks and one or two vertical lines, both of which are from the original manufacturing process. Elsewhere only the most minor of marks and one small corner hairline from a mild bend. Condition: 9.3 - 9.5, Near Mint.
