1941 manufacture with 6-44 barrel date. Three piece GI walnut stocks with all Springfield late-war parts. CONDITION: Very good with most arsenal reapplied finish remaining with only high point wear and losses. Walnut stocks have been lightly sanded and reconfigured for target use and a contemporary oil finish applied. Bore shiny and slightly worn. TE reading: 7. ME reading: 3.75. Action is crisp and operates properly. Very attractive and functional M1 Garand rifl. Comes with cotton M1 sling.
