Duffner and Kimberly table lamp has leaded glass shade in the Renaissance number 522 pattern with a skirt of stylized bellflowers and scrolls, giving way to vertical large panels of striated red, yellow, and cream glass. Each large panel is separated by three slender vertical panels in shades of amber. A similar example of the shade can be found in the book "Mosaic Shades, Volume II" by Paul Crist, page 196, lower-left photo. The shade rests on a Duffner and Kimberly thistle base with three-socket cluster and fleur-de-lis cap. Both shade and base are unsigned. The base is finished in gold. A similar example of this base can be found in the same book on page 215, upper-right hand photo. Shade is in very good to excellent condition, with a few tight hairlines. Gold finish on base has likely been touched up.
Item Dimensions: Shade: 18" Dia. Base: 22 - 3/4" T x 8 - 1/2" W.
