Lot consists of (A) Model 1813 marked "MODEL 1809" is dated 1808 on barrel. Standard configuration. CONDITION: Barrel is in good condition and has deep even aged brown. The lock with deep even age brown marked "MANUFACTURE IMPERIAL DE ST. ETIENNE". Stock in good condition with a few minor marks. Action is crisp, bore is fair. Lock appears to have original small parts. (B) German pistol with beautiful octagonal Damascus barrel. No maker's signature. Two-leaf rear sight. Steel front sight. Blued lock with swan neck cock. Plain brass furniture. Stock with some carving. Horn-tip ramrod and flattened butt typical of German pistols of this period. CONDITION: Set trigger functions. Lock retains some original blue finish. Small parts polished bright. Carved stock in good condition except for some minor chips on left side and one burn mark. Bore is fair. A good lot for the flintlock enthusiast.
