This is a wartime production gun that is Eagle/ N commercial proofed. Banner Walther on the left side of the slide along with the Zella-Mehlis address and patent marking. Also marked "MOD HP". Serial number on slide is located on the right side just behind the barrel on the top. Brown Bakelite grips. Late war copper colored "experimental" finish on frame. Magazine is not proofed, but is marked "P38". CONDITION: Retains 90% original finish overall with some wear on the high points and front strap. Grips are fine with some light handling marks. Bore is fine with sharp rifling. Fine mechanical function. GR
