Believed to be one of just 9 made with 30" barrels in this grade. Made in 1927 by the Hunter Arms Company in Fulton, New York. This is one of a very few marked with the "Long Range" on the barrel lug. This gun is a "Specialty" Grade with ejectors, double triggers and three position automatic safety. These guns were famed for their shooting ability. Gun has blued steel barrels with concave matted rib, bead front sight and 3" chambers. Case hardened sidelock action with typical Specialty Grade engraving. Pistol grip walnut checkered stock with hard rubber buttplate and grip cap. Checkered splinter forearm with roller "banjo" style release. CONDITION: 90% barrel blue with bright bores. Action retains 35% fading case colors. Wood retains 90% original finish with light dings and handling marks. Mechanics are good. DLM
