Lot consists of (A) DWM Double Date Stamp Luger. Made in 1915 and then re-stamped in 1920 post-Treaty of Versailles. Gun has been reblued sometime after it made its way into the U.S. No import marks found on this gun. Mostly matching except for the ejector and magazine, which is aftermarket Erma production. Imperial German proofed and military acceptance marks are retained. Original wood grips. CONDITION. Overall very good. Re-blued finish is 95% with light wear and handling marks. Grips are very good with light wear to the edges of the checkering. Bore is frosted with fair rifling. Magazine is near excellent. (B) Post-War Walther Model P1 with box and original magazine. Alloy frame with a "11/63" dated slide. Frame is German proofed and reads "Made in West Germany". Magazines are marked "P38". Manual and cleaning spoon are included in the box. CONDITION. Overall excellent. Metal retains 98% of its original finish. Grips are excellent as well. Bore is clean overall. This handgun was most likely never fired after leaving the factory. Magazines and cleaning spoon are excellent. Box is very good with light wear on the edges. A nice pair of handguns for the range. JA
