Third quarter, 19th century. This unmarked example in a rectangular case, the top inlaid with a harp and horn and sheet music amidst flowers open to an interior with an additional hinged protective lid. The 13" inch cylinder playing 10 tunes. The music box is operational and offers good tonal qualities. The comb is missing two teeth, otherwise movement appears to have been very recently cleaned. Good overall condition. Size: 6" T. x 23" L. x 9" D.
