Interesting little gun made in Spain for Marlin under the L.C. Smith brand. Made with 26" monoblock barrels that have plain tapered top rib with brass front bead. Semi-beavertail forend with Curtis type push button release is checkered in Fleur-de-lis pattern. Case hardened action is nicely engraved in scroll and gold inlaid with birds on sides and bottom. Flat knob pistol grip buttstock is checkered in point pattern with fleur-de-lis and terminates with a thin brown Pachmayr pad. Gold plated single trigger, ejectors non-auto safety. CONDITION: Extremely fine and near new with only minor handling marks. Stock may have been shortened for pad. Mechanics are fine, bores are bright and shiny. JSL
