This impressive 39" tall cigar store display for William Penn Cigars retains a partial label for the manufacturer, The Old King Cole company out of Canton, Ohio. Papier mache construction in original paint showing no signs of repair. Very detailed display including an advertising scroll in his left hand and William Penn cigar bands on the cigars being held in his right hand. A fantastic piece of early cigar store advertising in great condition.
