Cast-iron cigar cutter with the added feature of a rotating advertising wheel. Each time the front arm is depressed to nip a cigar, the paper dial rotates to reveal another advertisement. There are two alternating advertisements and the mechanism works flawlessly. There is light fading to the inset paint highlights and overall aging to the nickel plating. Made by the Erie Specialty Company.
Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
