Manufactured 1948,Smith & Wesson Model K-22 Masterpiece with 6 inch barrel with blue finish and diamond checkered service grips with S&W medallions. Case colored grooved trigger and checkered hammer. 5- screw "K" frame with square butt. Housed in a Non-Numbers matching gold Smith & Wesson K-22 Masterpiece box. Condition. Exceptionally fine with 99% factory blue finish remaining. A minor cylinder turn line is evident. Bore and chambers are excellent. Grips are excellent with matching number on inside of right grip. Box is good with period scuffing and minor crush on top. Really an exceptional K-22 Smith & Wesson. tdw
