Standard configuration with matching 1863 dates on the lock and barrel. This is one of the guns that features the additional NORWICH marking in the left side of the stock. CONDITION: Retains a pleasing patina, showing signs of having been lightly cleaned at one time. Areas of light pitting on lock. Markings are clear. Wood has some dings and handling marks. There is a crack in the wrist on either side. Cartouche is worn. Bore is fine with sharp rifling. Fine mechanical function. GR
