This freestanding arcade game was manufactured by the Mills Novelty Company about 1904. The player inserts a nickel and then grabs two metal handles that deliver an increasingly intense electric current while a dial indicates a health diagnosis. The cabinet is oak, with a flat front, and has numerous ornate castings. The front has beveled glass covering the electric coil and the hand painted dial display. A beautiful restoration and comes with four dry cell batteries. Working and with keys.
