Gun (A) is a beautiful little gun with silver wire work on the grip. Engraved in an arc on the underside of the barrel "Dieu donne Malherbe/ a liege". Folding trigger. Housed in what appears to be a period case with all the accessories. CONDITION: Gun retains a pleasing patina. Markings are clear but show wear. Grip is very good showing some wear, with all the wire inlay present. Good mechanical function. Case is solid with some minor cracks, missing what appears to be either lead or steel inlay around the edges of the lid. Gun (B) is a pair of British pistols made by Twigg in London. Folding triggers with sliding safeties. CONDITION: Have been lightly cleaned with areas of some very minor pitting. All markings are clear. Wood grips have some light dings and handling marks. One of the top jaw and screw is a more modern but proper replacement. GR
