S&W New Model Number Three single action revolver. Manufactured between 1878-1912. Serial number 21931 observed on butt, cylinder, and barrel. Nickel with case hardened trigger guard and hammer. 6 - 1/2" ribbed barrel, chambered in .44 Russian. Full radius, pinned front sight and "V" notch rear sight. Replacement two piece ivory grips. Lanyard ring located on butt. CONDITION: Excellent overall with 85-90% original nickel remaining. Scattered freckling on frame. Good case color on hammer, traces of case color on trigger guard. Bore is bright. Action is tight and crisp. -MKS-
