Made in 1941, this scarce gun has two sets of barrels with raised matted ribs that have small mid and front beads on both barrel sets, one brass, one white. The single splinter forend with roll type release is checkered in point pattern and has triangular horn tip. Made with Hunter one selective single trigger, auto ejectors, and non-auto safety. The capped pistol grip buttstock is checkered in point pattern through the wrist and terminates with a white lined "Olde English" pad with an extra 1/4" spacer. CONDITION: Excellent. Barrels retain about 95% of their original blue. Action retains about 85% original case color which is starting to tone on bottom. Stocks are mostly sound with a beginning grain check behind right lock and retain most of what appears to be their original finish with finish added for preservation. Bores are bright and shiny. Mechanics are fine. A rare gun in a two barrel set and a very useful outfit here! JSL
