DSP. An outstanding example of this sign from Phillips 66 Gasoline. Side one shows outstanding color & gloss throughout the field, with zero chipping in the field and excellent bright colors. Side one shows minor chipping at each of the mounting holes, as well as some removable paint at the top edge. Side two also shows outstanding color & gloss, with two very small nicks in the porcelain in the field, as well as some very minor chipping at the mounting holes. Sign shows two additional holes at the top edge added for hanging, but are not overly distracting and done very well. Overall an excellent example. Sign is Maker Marked SPS & Dated 1959.
