Men's Vacheron Constatin, Geneve, Switzerland, Patrimony triple-date perpetual calendar with leap year and moon phases in 18K yellow gold with diamond. Reference 43031. Case diameter 46mm, with 19mm lugs. Champagne dial with 9 diamond markers, gold stick hands and fixed diamond bezel. Automatic self-winding 6 jewel movement signed and numbered 733146. Calibre 1120-1. Case number 595755. Case back marked inside "Vacheron & Constatin 18K 750 43031/3, 595755", with hallmarks. Original signed Vacheron & Constantin black strap with original gold tang buckle. Watch has some very light scratches on case and case back, otherwise in near mint condition. Running.
