1899 vintage, Model 1877 Colt "Lightning" double action revolver, serial number 114868. 4-1/2" barrel chambered in .38 LC. Blue with case hardened frame. 2 piece checkered black hard rubber grips with Rampant Colt motif. British proof marks on barrel and each cylinder flute. CONDITION: Excellent plus with 95+% bright heavy original blue and 90+% bright original case color. Action is tight and crisp. Bore is bright. Grips show minimum wear. Would be difficult to improve on. -MKS-
