1914 vintage Winchester Model 1894 lever action saddle ring carbine serial number 722247 with 20" round barrel chambered in .38-55 WCF, full-length magazine tube, blade front sight, and carbine rear. Two piece plain walnut stock and forearm with carbine buttplate. CONDITION: Very good with wear at high edges and handling marks but most of the original bluing remaining on barrel and magazine tube. Balance of metal assemblies have faded to a light gray patina with patches of bluing and usage marks throughout. Stock and forearm are good and strong but appear to have been heavily cleaned and lightly sanded. Action works correctly but is a bit loose. Bore is bright and shiny with sharp lands and grooves. -TN-
