Lot consists of (A) 1888 Vintage Colt Single Action Army, serial number 127624. Blue with case hardened frame and hammer. 4 - 3/4" barrel chambered in .32-20 WCF. 1 piece varnished walnut grips. CONDITION: Very fine with 80-85% original blue on barrel, trigger guard, and backstrap. Cylinder retains 10-15% original blue. Balance is a clean grey patina with traces of bright original case color. Grips are excellent showing modest wear. Bore is excellent. Action is crisp, however cylinder will not lock on cocked. (B) Colt Single Action Army Artillery Model. 4 - 3/4" barrel cut down from a 7 - 1/2". Chambered in .45 LC. Frame is an 1880 vintage D.F. Clark inspected, serial number 55715. Trigger guard and backstrap is Henry Nettleton inspected serial number 48480. Cylinder and barrel are unknown. CONDITION: Fair, with no original finish remaining. Overall a cleaned grey finish. Bore is turning dark. Action does not lock cylinder. Grips are excellent. Missing the ejector rod assembly, and housing. -MKS-
