1917 vintage Winchester Model 1894 saddle ring carbine, serial number 808182. 20" round barrel with full length magazine. Standard carbine style sights. Chambered in .32 Winchester Special. Plain straight grain walnut stock and forearm. Carbine style steel buttplate. Saddle ring is missing. CONDITION: Fine overall with 80-85% original blue mixed with patina on the barrel and magazine. Traces of original blue, mainly a light grey/brown patina. Bore is excellent with strong rifling. Action is tight and crisp. Forearm is cracked on left side forward of barrel band. Balance of wood is solid showing heavy wear with scattered dents and bruises. -MKS-
