The clip-point blade has a width of 1" and Scagel's double stamp with "W. SCAGEL / HANDMADE" and kris markings on the right side. The blade measures 1/8" thick. Handle is composed of a gracefully curved whitetail crown stag antler with a thick 1/8" heavy spacer and numerous other leather, fiber, brass, and silver spacers. Complete with its original contoured leather Scagel-made sheath, which fits the curvature of the handle. CONDITION: Blade markings are very good. Knife shows some minor period sharpening marks. Handle is good, showing some smoothing from light use. Sheath is excellent. PROVENANCE: From the personal collection of Dr. James R. Lucie. DMG
