A. H. Fox Sterlingworth Grade side by side shotgun made in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by the A.H. Fox Gun Company in 1923. Sterlingworth Compressed Steel barrels with Philadelphia address, fixed choke, extractors, and matted rib with bead front sight. Case hardened boxlock action with double triggers and automatic safety and marked "Sterlingworth" on each side of action. Walnut checkered pistol grip stock with hard rubber buttplate and grip cap. Walnut checkered splinter forearm with friction release. CONDITION: 90% barrel blue with some light freckling. 70% case colors with wear on carry areas. 70% original varnish with some flaking and some handling dings and scratches. Excellent bores with good mechanics and screws with tight lock up. DLM
