Extremely intriguing swing out shotgun with the only marking being "T.H. Bourke" on right and left sides of gun. T.H. Bourke can neither be found or located as a gunsmith. Gun is a one of a kind shotgun with swing out Damascus barrel with large silver machine type screw as sight. Gun also has tube under barrel which houses a triangular bayonet that pushes forward and latches in place with a spring loaded latch. Case hardened frame with hammer shaped like a rabbit. Swingout mechanism is controlled by a lever at the front of the trigger guard. Walnut checkered pistol grip stock with smooth steel buttplate and brass "OWL" grip cap. CONDITION: 40% trace of Damascus barrel scene with other metal parts fading to a silvery patina. Wood has trace of original finish with light handling marks. Pitted bore with good mechanics. An extremely interesting piece. DLM
