A beautiful pair of patinated bronze and Favrile glass sconces by Tiffany Studios. Each shade is comprised of a large central panel, with two adjacent smaller panels. The panels are comprised of 4 glass tiles and a central turtleback. The tiles are beautifully mottled and moderately dichroic, with tones of pink in reflected light. The iridescent tiles become a deep amber in transmitted light. The shades are in excellent condition with three fine heat cracks in total, which are visible from the backside, and do not run the full thickness of the glass. Shades measure 5 - 3/4” tall by 10 - 1/4” across. The bronze sconces are in excellent condition with no bends, breaks, visible repairs, or appreciable loss to the finish. A wonderful pair of Tiffany Studios sconces with highly complex glass.
