Lot consists of: A) Cased brass sextant marked " Spencer Browning & Ruft, London, U.S. Navy". CONDITION: Sextant very good with moderate wear. Top of the case lid is detached and interior blocks are loose. B) Cased Astro Compass MKII made by the Dominion Electric Protection Company of Canada. CONDITION: Excellent. Compass showing minor wear. Case with wear to the exterior finish. C) Cased Ball Recording Sextant Mark I Model O made in 1944 by the Mergenthaler Linotype Corp of Brooklyn, NY.. Instrument and case numbers match. CONDITION: Sextant excellent showing little use. Case with wear to the finish. D) Four military issue wrist compasses dated 4-53 in unissued condition and contained within their original cardboard boxes. E) Pair of fine quality calipers marked "Keuffel & Esser Co Germany" and "USMC" within original box with the same markings. CONDITION: Excellent. Showing no wear, but latches on case are missing. F) Cased, brass rolling straight edge measuring 2-3/4" X 15". CONDITION: Excellent with minor wear. DG
