A phenomenal figural music box by George Baker Troll and Company, Geneva mounted into a piano case. Swiss interchangeable cylinder 8-tune music box of the Late 19th century. A very unique music box where the piano case has been set up to resemble an orchestrion or player piano with an automation of a roll playing as the music box plays. A very early and unusual music box, quite likely not commercially produced, but a custom gift for a prominent office or desk of someone associated with the mechanical music industry in the 1880's. Case shows some refinish, and the keyboard shows some repair.
