Archival framed and matted hand written letter by Theodore Roosevelt. Site 10 1/4" x 6 3/4". Framed with an image of Roosevelt in buckskins and a Winchester across his lap. Overall 23" x 14 1/2". Included is the original mailing envelope with its "East Africa and Uganda Protectorates " stamp. Letter is dated Feb.1st, 1910. Addressed to Frank D. LaLanne Philadelphia, Penn U.S.A. Frank LaLanne was president of the National Board of Trade. Sent from the Lado country, Roosevelt is declining an engagement. CONDITION: Excellent.
