Lot contains: (A) Luftwaffe dagger with a "W.K.C., Solingen" marked steel blade, with visible cross-graining and very light runner and scattered marks. Aluminum fittings have the usual patina and light wear, and yellow trylon grips with coiled wire also exhibiting light wear. Steel scabbard retains approximately 95% of it dark burnishing with no visible damage. CONDITION: Overall excellent plus. (B) Heer dagger with a "Alcoso" marked steel blade which has been heavily polished with a buffing wheel. Nickel plating on cross guard is separating on its lower reverse. Brown trylon grip is undamaged other than a three quarter inch piece missing at the bottom. Steel scabbard has been cleaned and is bright, with a couple of shallow dents in the center. CONDITION: Overall very good. (C) Wehrmacht dress dagger with a "RUDOLF BUCHEL" nickel-plated blade, which has been heavily sharpened with scattered marks and freckling. Nickel-plated fittings are dull with 70-75% of their finish, and black grips exhibit light damage. Steel scabbard appears to have been repainted, and is dull with storage damage.
