First year of production, with three digit serial number. Fixed front sight, fully adjustable rear sight. Polished blue flats with matte top of slide. Appropriate rollmarks for this model, including distinct "Match / (Bullseye) / Target" on barrel. Iconic "elephant ear" extended grips. CONDITION: Very good, showing some scattered marks from handling and operation throughout. Some silvering to high edges and on front of barrel lug indicative of holster use. Some minor spotting, mostly toward muzzle. Elephant ear grips were once cracked across front but was expertly repaired. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand, bore is very good with sharp rifling. EW
