Scarce Smith and Wesson 1st model Schofield Revolver. Round ribbed barrel with a half moon front sight. Break top single action with a 6 shot fluted cylinder. Wood 2 piece grip panels. Early 3 digit serial number. Comes with vintage leather holster. CONDITION: Gun retains 70% of the aftermarket nickel finish. Dark bore with frosting and pitting in the lands and grooves. Walnut 2 piece grip panels with normal wear. Holster shows lots of wear. REW
