Springfield Model M2 .22 caliber bolt action magazine fed rifle made at Springfield Armory with approximately 12,000 made. Blued round rifled barrel with "SA" marking and dated "10-38". Hooded front blade sight with barrel marked at breech "Long Rifle Cart'ge Only". Blued non-drilled action serial number "7350" and marked "US Springfield Armory Cal. 22 M2". Polished "NS" marked bolt electropencilled with matching serial number with knurled cocking knob and headspace variant. Receiver has Lyman 48 peep sight. Walnut marksman style stock with finger groove grip, blued hardware, and checkered marksman style buttplate. Pistol grip is marked "M2" and stock has number "D28225" on it with factory sling swivels. Comes with original 5 round magazine. CONDITION: 80% original blue with edges wearing silver. Wood shows well cared for original hand rubbed finish with some light handling marks and dings. Excellent shootable bore with excellent mechanics. DLM
