Mosin Nagant 91/30 manufactured by Izhevsk in 1944. Barrel shank bears typical Soviet wartime markings. Receiver is housed within a synthetic Archangel stock which features an undermounted picatinny rail and bipod. Original trigger has been replaced with a Timney trigger assembly. Receiver has been drilled and tapped for a 4 - 1/2" picatinny rail that is fitted with a Swarovski Habicht 8x56 Nova optic. Importer marking is barely visible beneath the scope mount. Bolt handle has been modified and has been turned down. Muzzle is fitted with a Texas Precision Products 91-30 muzzle brake which is kept in place with set screws. Complete with a 10 round magazine. CONDITION: Metal components are very good overall as arsenal refinished, showing some scattered handling marks, a few areas of wear, and some small spots of scattered oxidation. Excellent bore with well defined rifling throughout. Stock shows few storage and handling marks. Swarovski scope is very good, retaining a clear optic. A nice custom M91/30 bolt action rifle for the Mosin Nagant enthusiast. MLW
