DSP. Sign is Maker Marked Acton Burrows Co., Toronto. A very rare sign from Great North Western. Side one shows excellent color & gloss throughout showing only very minimal areas of chipping in the field, but does show some significant surface scratching as well as some chipping along the outer edge of the sign. Side two also shows very good color & gloss throughout the field but does show some chipping in the outer field as well as heavy surface scratching. The flange portion of the sign was never bent, so it lays flat and shows all four of its mounting holes. Although worn, the sign displays nicely and is a great piece of Great North Western Advertising.
