DSP. Sign is Maker Marked Balto Enamel and shows a Makers Date of August 1913. A very tough to find sign from American Express. Side one shows very good color with fair gloss, showing only two minor nicks in the field as well as some overall cloudiness in the blue porcelain. The outer edge shows only one area of chipping along the bottom. Side two is also in excellent condition, showing very good color with fair gloss with a few minor areas of surface scratching as well as discoloration at the flange. The flange portion is overall very good with some minor areas of chipping at the mounting holes. Overall a very nice example of a 100+ year old piece of porcelain.
