Winchester Model 1892 lever action short rifle manufactured in Japan by Miroku and imported by US Repeating Arms Company with factory box. 20" octagonal barrel chambered in .38-40 WCF with full length magazine tube, rifle rear sight, and blade front. 2 piece plain walnut stock and forearm complete with rifle buttplate and rifle forearm cap. CONDITION: Excellent plus, retaining virtually all of the original bluing and factory protective grease with minor handling marks throughout. Stock and forearm are in matching condition and show no major signs of distress. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand. Bore is bright and shiny with sharp rifling. Box is very good with light scuffing on sides and small hole in lid. TON
