This is a beautiful framed print done in the Katazome format, which is a kind of resist print using a paper frame and special plant dyes. It was done by Ken-Ichi Chudo, one of the top artists in this field. The title is, “Noh-no Nyonin” which means, a Noh Player impersonating a female. The print is in excellent condition with no rips, folds, or discoloration. It measures 24” by 16”, and framed it measures 30” by 22”.
