According to the Colt factory letter, this gun was manufactured in 1902 and it was shipped to Knapp & Spencer in Sioux City, Iowa on March 26, 1902 in a shipment of 10 guns. This gun has a tapered octagonal barrel with a factory front sight and a WS Lyman tang sight. Smooth pump action with a tube magazine. Exposed case color hammer. Plain straight grip walnut rear stock with a checkered panel front stock. Two-line Colt address on the top flat of the barrel. Plastic butt plate with the Rampant Colt logo on it. Outstanding Rampant Colt Pony on the left side of the receiver. CONDITION: Gun retains 90% of the original factory-applied blue finish with a few handling and storage marks. Rear stock has a few dings and handling marks. Buttplate shows very little wear. The front stock has a slight crack and a chip on the right side. Bright and shiny bore with sharp lands and grooves.
