This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 7/15/2021
German World War II Panzerfaust Model 60 anti-tank shaped charge weapon, which has been safely and properly demilitarized. Warhead assembly is a "lake recovered" example, with obvious evidence of the wear and damage from being in a body of water for decades after the war. The firing instruction decal is no longer present with an illegible black ink stamped 3-digit code, but the date of "44" is visible. Inert warhead retains 55-60% of it original ordnance tan paint with heavy freckling and four holes in the body, of which two are one inch in size. Tail fin assembly is present and appears to be complete with heavy freckling. Launching tube retains 55-60% of its original ordnance tan paint with freckling. Remnants of the red painted warning statement is present but illegible. Inert firing mechanism and sight assemble are incomplete with parts missing. CONDITION: Overall good to very good. WEZ
