An early (circa 1895) 10 gauge Damascus steel barreled game gun with extractors and 2 - 7/8" chambers. Barrels fit with a wide machine filed matte rib, extension, and steel front bead sight. Rib reads "AMERICAN ARMS CO BOSTON". Chokes are Modified and Cylinder. Boxlock silver grey patina action engraved with light scrolls and game scenes, double triggers, checkered/engraved top lever, and partially checkered safe slide. Gun is non-auto safe. Dark reddish brown stock with 2 panel checkered round knob pistol grip is also fit with a brown ventilated pad. Length of pull 14 - 3/8". Dark brown smooth checkered splinter forend with Deeley styled engraved latch release. Iron metal is engraved with light scroll. CONDITION: Good. Barrels with lots of brown remaining. Barrels with indentations and freckling. Action and triggers are sound. Action with light case colors remaining. Stock is good with handling marks and slightly smooth checkering. Forend with slightly smooth checkering and chips to edges and base. CP
