Lot consists of: (A) Austrian Lorenz percussion rifled musket with 37 - 1/4" round barrel in .69 caliber rifled with breech tang rear sight and blade front. 1 piece plain wood stock in 3 barrel band configuration with Charleville style front, sling swivels at 2nd band and trigger guard, cheekpiece on left side, and military buttplate. CONDITION: Excellent as polished bright with minor freckling throughout and markings legible. Stock is very good as sanded and finish added with no major signs of distress. Action is tight and crisp. Bore is dark with visible rifling. (B) Austrian Lorenz rifled musket with 37 - 1/4" round barrel with rear sight dovetail (rear sight not present) and blade front. 1 piece plain wood stock in 3 barrel band configuration with sling swivels at 2nd barrel band and trigger guard, cheekpiece on left side, and military buttplate. CONDITION: Very good, as polished bright at one point but overall turned a gray patina with minor freckling throughout. Middle barrel band is a replacement. Stock is very good as sanded with no major cracks. Action needs attention as it does not have a half-cock notch. Bore is dark. TON
