1887 vintage Colt Single Action Army revolver, serial number 123288. 3 - 3/4" round barrel in .45 Colt with 2 line barrel address, aftermarket blade front sight, and frame notch rear. 1 piece replacement bone grips. Made to appear to be a Colt Ejectorless Single Action Revolver, or "Sheriff's Model" with ejector rod housing ground off. CONDITION: Good, with a majority of the reapplied nickel plating remaining with moderate flaking throughout and balance turned a gray patina. Grips are very good with repaired chip near frame and are not flush. Cylinder is slightly out of time, but retains all four stop positions on hammer. Bore is frosted with well-defined rifling. Would make an excellent shooter or display piece. TON
