1897 Vintage Marlin 1893 lever action rifle, serial number 155310. Special ordered takedown frame. 26" octagon barrel with full-length magazine tube. Chambered in .30-30 WCF caliber. Blue with case hardened frame, lever, hammer, and buttplate. Sheard tall blade front sight with ivory insert. Standard buckhorn rear barrel sight. Tang mounted mid-range sight. Plain straight grain walnut stock and forearm. CONDITION: Excellent with approximately 80-85% bright original case color. Approximately 95% bright original blue remaining on barrel and magazine tube. Wood is excellent showing little wear. Bore is bright. Action is tight and crisp. Overall a high condition and attractive Model 1893 Marlin. MKS
